Creativation wrap-up

Hi Everyone

Creativation is over for another year and we have just arrived back in Brisbane, phew - what a whirl-wind trip.

Our trip included visits to Michael's and Jo-Ann craft stores (we even got to use coupons this time) where we shopped up a storm.  Unfortunately we didn't get to Hobby Lobby, but will be there next time.

Creativation is a very busy time for the exhibitors and attendees.  As attendees, we move back and forward between classes, look at the exhibits, take many, many photos and at night we lay on our bed, pouring over the catalogues and fill out the order forms.  On two nights this year, we saw 2am - it's crazy but we love it and will be heading back to Phoenix next year.

Our orders are in for the stock currently available and we'll start to see them trickle in over the next couple of weeks.

Tim Holtz Side-Order dies and embossing folders have just left the US and should arrive to us early next week.

We have placed our order in for the 12 new Distress Oxide ink pads and hope that they will ship soon, although we know that stock is very tight around a release, we put our order in very early.

We have orders in for the new releases from Darkroom Door (stamps and stencils), Impression Obsession (just arrived), Doodlebug Fairy Tales papers (just arrived), Prima Marketing papers (so beautiful), Lawn Fawn, Dare2BArtzy, Sizzix, Spellbinders, Graphic45 (oh, wait till you see the Floral Shoppe release - stunning) and so many, many more (we won't mention it to Vince).

We also fell in love with a new-ish company called Catherine Pooler Designs.  Catherine and her team are absolutely lovely, but their ink pads grabbed me straight away.  You all know I love colour and these dye based ink pads have such rich colour - I can't wait to play with them.

Looking forward to seeing you all soon.
Happy Stamping
Michelle & Robyn
